Initial improvements to base housing will start next year and span five years, including building 157 new homes, renovating 207 and demolishing 194, according to a news release from Corvias. Corvias will serve as the general contractor and needs local, experienced subcontractors for: excavation and site development; demolition; concrete flatwork; basement walls; electrical; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; plumbing; rough and trim carpentry; roofing; siding; drywall; painting; and handyman work.
